I made a wand (wood, turned on a lathe) last night, and I was thinking of burning the date into the handle in Maya glyphs. So I dug that link up. Unfortunately, the proper glyphic representation of the date is too long for me to burn in a reasonable lenght of time, and I probably can't fit it on the wand without it becoming obtrusive.
